Also making news- JD Power and Associates just released its 2009 Initial Quality Study (IQS) and Lexus has taken the top spot away from Porsche. The annual JD Power Study measures IQS based in problems reported per 100 vehicles- a lower score means a lower rate problem of incidences and higher quality. The ranking goes: Lexus, Porsche, Cadillac, Hyundai (jumping from 13th position in 2008) and then Honda to round out the top 5.
