Subaru loves to Care- Leukemia and Lymphoma Society

This year marked Maple Hill’s second donation of blankets and craft boxes to the West Michigan Cancer Center. Through our partnerships with Subaru and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society our donations are able to help patients keep warm and stay busy during their chemotherapy treatments which can leave them cold and low energy.

The West Michigan Cancer Center is a Bronson and Borgess Hospital collaboration that operates in Kalamazoo. They also have branches in Allegan, Dowagiac, Marshall and Three Rivers. Not only do they offer treatment to patients currently affected, but they offer preventative screenings, support resources, and a wide range of health care professionals.

The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society is a non-profit organization that has donated over 1.2 billion dollars to cancer research since 1949. They also provide extensive support groups and financial aid to those suffering from blood cancers.

Maple Hill is proud to partner with both of these great cancer fighting institutions and Subaru in order to make Kalamazoo better for everyone.
