Volvo is shaking up the car industry with its latest electric vehicle. The all-new 2023 EX90 combines Volvo’s classic safety and comfort with electric technology that’s sure to impress all drivers. The full-size SUV offers spacious seating for seven and leading mileage and battery life.
The 2023 EX90 can travel up to 300 miles on a full charge and boasts rapid charging speeds from 10 percent to 80 percent in just 30 minutes. Even with that efficiency, the EX90 is powerful, generating up to 496 horsepower and accelerating from 0 to 60 in as little as 4.7 seconds.
Of course, the EX90 delivers Volvo’s trademark top-of-the-line safety features, including standard All Wheel Drive and new lidar and interior occupant sensors designed to prevent passengers from accidentally being left behind in the vehicle. The EX90 reacts to oncoming traffic and vehicles turning left in front of it, alerting the driver to potential hazards.
For a convenient driving experience, the EX90 is outfitted with a Google voice-activated infotainment system. Customers enjoy four years of complimentary digital services, which includes the Google option. For top-notch audio, drivers can upgrade to a 3-D Bowers & Wilkins surround sound system.
The EX90 features comfortable seating for seven adults and ample cargo space of up to 67.6 cubic feet. The new EX90 can tow up to 4,850 lbs. to pull campers and other toys.
The EX90 will be available for delivery in late 2023 or early 2024. To reserve a vehicle, customers should visit Maple Hill Volvo, place a $500 refundable deposit, and, in the fall, select their options, including choosing between seven available colors.
Volvo is rapidly expanding its lineup of hybrid, plug-in, and all-electric models as more customers seek out alternative-energy vehicles. The EX90 is the carmaker’s third EV, joining the C40 crossover and XC40 midsize SUV.
